My Daughter’s Best Friend is a Puppy Angel

Uncategorized

Our song dedicated to Eli's Life/ Wild Child by Brett Dennan He is a furry friend named Eli. Our dog Eli was my best friend first. He was my little sidekick for the last 9 years of pure amazingness. When I started dating my husband Ryan, Eli and him instantly connected. Ryan realized very quickly that with me, came Eli, and there was no other way around that. We are Headed Somewhere and I am Just Another Year Younger

Map quest had to take a back seat on this trip. Up the tiny windy road we drove, with the windows down. The crisp mountain air was flowing into the car, reggae tunes blasting from the radio, and the invigorating smell of the redwoods was a constant and pleasant reminder that...

Separation Anxiety; I am not sure who gets it more, me or her….

Uncategorized

Any mom can relate. Leaving your child is never easy. No matter how often you do it, no matter what the length of time is and no matter how strong of a support group you know that you have when you are gone. Its never a breeze to be separated from your other half. I am a working mom with a 14 month old daughter, so separation anxiety is at its peak for her and I am not sure if it will ever stop peaking for me. With 2 business trips planned back to back, I decided to take Maddie...
